Oil Flushing and High-Flow Filtration

Dirt and contaminants are the primary causes of failure in hydraulic and lubrication system. Particle contamination significantly contributes to hydraulic system failures. To address this issue, we use high-capacity flushing units capable to handling up to 2,000 liters per minute (LPM) to create turbulent flow (with Reynold number greater than 4,000) in the pipeline, which helps dislodge adhering particles.
